About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, business development, and programme/project management. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic estates advice to clients, including options appraisals, feasibility studies, and estate strategies.
- Lead a team providing advice to clients and stakeholders, either solely or as part of the wider team.
- Liaise with external clients and stakeholders to create new strategic estates opportunities for our company.
- Appoint contractors and advisors to support delivery and take on commission management responsibilities.
- Promote and present a professional and personal brand in all dealings.
- Support the production of board reports and performance reports against business plan KPIs.
- Understand and mitigate risk to the business.
- Support our company in the pursuit of new opportunities and business development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in estate planning, business development, and programme/project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in or around healthcare service planning and/or service change programmes.
- A full, valid UK driving licence and own transport.
