About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our UK sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service or Internal Account Management in a large Motor Factor, Industrial / Engineering Supplies / Distributor or Trade Commodities environment.

The role involves delivering and developing c-class Garage Workshop Consumables programs across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution, and MRO space. You will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • Take and process orders while providing attentive customer service.
  • IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES TO INCREASE SALES AND DEVELOP CUSTOMER SPENDS.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Internal Account Management.
  • EXCELLENT SALES AND BUSINESS SUPPORT SKILLS.
  • A NOSE FOR INCREASING SALES AND DEVELOPING CUSTOMER SPENDS.
  • First-class customer service skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of IT literacy.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £30,000, plus bonus and pension, with a working week from Monday to Friday (no weekends).
