Job Title: Agile User Researcher

We are seeking an experienced Agile User Researcher to join our multi-disciplinary team at NHS England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting user research activities and developing user-centred design practice across our services.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our agile development teams to design, deliver, and implement new digital services for health professionals, trainees, stakeholders, and the public. Your role will involve:

  • Leading user research, including planning, design, and implementation of research.
  • Influencing service proposition and aligning user research activities with wider plans.
  • Supervising and developing colleagues in user research activities and competencies.
  • Employing a range of research approaches and methodologies, including qualitative, quantitative, collaborative, online, and usability research.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure that user needs are at the forefront of the design process.
