User Centred Design Researcher

We are seeking a skilled User Centred Design Researcher to join our team at the Financial Conduct Authority. As a User Centred Design Researcher, you will play a key role in understanding our customers' needs and behaviours, and using this insight to inform the design of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviours
  • Use this insight to inform the design of our products and services
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user research is integrated into the design process
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and behaviours
