About the Role

We are seeking a skilled User Researcher to join our multi-disciplinary team at NHS England. As a User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in informing and influencing the development and design of our digital products and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research activities to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement user research plans, including qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Work closely with agile development teams to design and deliver new digital services.
  • Supervise and develop colleagues in user research activities and competencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user needs are at the forefront of the design process.
Requirements
  • Significant user research experience, preferably in a digital transformation context.
  • Experience in leading user research projects, including full ownership of UR projects.

  • Ability to build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders and users.
