Senior User Researcher Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join a consultancy that has established a strong User Centred Design (UCD) practice. With a focus on delivering high-quality services, they are looking for a skilled Senior User Researcher to join their team.

The consultancy has a proven track record of success, with multiple projects in the public sector and a growing presence in the private sector. As a Senior User Researcher, you will be working on a variety of projects, including those with the NHS Digital. You will be part of an agile team, working closely with software engineers, designers, Service Designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build coherent services.

Your key responsibilities will include deciding which User Research activities are appropriate for each project, and working with the project team to deliver high-quality research. You will also have the opportunity to coach and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and experience.

The consultancy offers a range of benefits, including a 5% bonus and private healthcare. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely, with a Leeds HQ. The final interview will include a walk-through of some key projects, and a portfolio is a must.
