We are seeking an experienced Agile User Researcher to join our multi-disciplinary team at NHS England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting user research activities and developing user-centred design practice across our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research at all stages of a product lifecycle, including discovery-level projects and day-to-day improvements to understand our users' needs.
- Work closely with users, stakeholders, and agile development teams to design, deliver, and implement new digital services for health professionals, trainees, stakeholders, and the public.
- Employ a range of research approaches and methodologies, including qualitative, quantitative, collaborative, online, and usability research, with external and internal users.
- Supervise and develop colleagues in user research activities and competencies.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop the brand identity of NHSE's digital estate.
