We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift / Floor Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of running restaurants, a flexible and disciplined approach to work, and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of up to £12.50 per hour, based on location and experience, and the opportunity to grow with us.

Job Description:

This is a leadership role that requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring operational efficiency and conducting regular store walks.
  • Leading by example and treating customers as top priority.
  • Providing feedback to all members of the team on performance, setting goals and objectives, and providing support and guidance.
  • Performance management when necessary, working with the HR Department.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of running restaurants.
  • A flexible and disciplined approach to work.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
