About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team at CareTech Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our regional homes, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operations of regional homes, ensuring efficient and effective co-ordination and delivery of performance management systems
  • Provide advice, assistance, and support to managers on safeguarding issues and other notifiable events
  • Liaise with customers to ensure quality assurance issues remain a key focus
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Local Authorities and other key agencies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant sector degree or Level 5 Leadership & Management (Children's)
  • Related leadership qualification
  • Strong understanding of children's services law and knowledge of employment legislation
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in management of children's services
