We are now seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is around £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job description:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance staff and overseeing maintenance operations at our hotel.
  • This includes ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • You will also be responsible for ordering supplies and managing inventory levels.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or facilities management.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
