We are now seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is around £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job description:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance staff and overseeing maintenance operations at our hotel.
- This includes ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained, performing routine maintenance tasks, and addressing any issues that arise.
- You will also be responsible for ordering supplies and managing inventory levels.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or facilities management.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
