About the Clinic: At CardioMetabolic Collaborative Clinic, we offer specialist-run, multi-disciplinary care managing cardiometabolic risk factors through patient education and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient engagement and education on disease management
- Detailed documentation of patient interactions
- Taking vital signs and performing ECGs to assess cardiac health
- Collaboration with in-clinic physicians to ensure comprehensive care
- Handling patient inquiries and complaints professionally
- Supporting administrative tasks to maintain a smooth clinic operation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, kinesiology, or health sciences
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems like Oscar and Ocean MD
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion
Compensation: Part-time or full-time positions available, 20-40 hours/week, $35.00-$50.00/hour, negotiable schedule based on experience.
