Job Title: Clinical Oncology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Oncology Specialist to join our team at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare Ltd.

About the Role:
  • To provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals undergoing oncology treatment in their homes.
  • To work closely with patients, families, and carers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs and develop personalized care plans.
  2. To administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  3. To monitor patients' progress, report any concerns, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience working with oncology patients in a homecare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
