Physiotherapy Specialist in Community Healthcare

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at London's largest NHS Trust dedicated to community healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a senior member of the multidisciplinary team, providing specialist physiotherapy services to patients with complex needs.
Job OverviewThis role offers flexible working hours, competitive hourly rates, and access to the NHS Pension Scheme. You will have the opportunity to work across different teams, develop new skills, and gain further experience in a large NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities:- To undertake comprehensive specialist physiotherapy assessments of adult patients with progressive and life-limiting diseases, using investigative and analytical skills and outcome-measurement tools.
- To plan, implement, and evaluate specialised individual physiotherapy management/treatment plans using clinical reasoning skills and in conjunction with patients' own goals for care and relatives'/carers' input.
- To provide holistic care with attention to patients' multifaceted needs including physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual.
- To be aware of, and act in accordance with, CLCH's clinical, operational, and organisational policies and guidelines.
- To ensure that policies, procedures, clinical governance arrangements, and lines of accountability are adhered to by the therapy assistant to ensure safe and effective clinical service delivery.
The estimated salary for this role is around £25-£35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, competitive hourly rates, and access to the NHS Pension Scheme.
