Teaching Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated teaching assistant to join our team at Aspire People. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Medical Needs, you will be working with students who require additional support due to complex medical or physical needs.

Your key duties will include:
  • Supporting students with complex medical needs, including administering medication.
  • Developing relationships with students, staff, and parents to provide effective support.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
  • Working collaboratively with the education team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Salary: £105-£115 per day.
