Job Summary:
A highly skilled and dedicated teacher is sought to join our team at Aspire People as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) teacher. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with diverse educational needs.

About the Role:
This SEN teaching position requires someone with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent SEN teaching qualification. You will work with children and young people with ASD, ADHD, and other learning and developmental challenges, developing and implementing tailored learning plans to meet individual students' needs and support their progress.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans to cater to students' unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborating with teaching assistants, SEN specialists, and parents to monitor and support students' progress.
  • Adapting teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and requirements.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SEN teaching best practices through continuous professional development.
