Special Needs Education Coordinator

Job Description:
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement support plans for children with special educational needs.
Provide individual and group support to children, fostering a positive learning environment.
Adapt activities to meet each child’s unique needs, focusing on early years development goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in EYFS or Reception setting, particularly with children who have SEN.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and commitment to early years education.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff.
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 based on experience.
Benefits:
- Long-term contract with option to extend or ‘as and when’.
