**Transforming Lives of Children with Special Educational Needs**

We are seeking experienced professionals to support children with a range of needs, from mild to complex, including Global Developmental Delay, Autism, ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

About the Role:

As a dedicated SEN educator, you will play an essential role in fostering the emotional, physical, and academic development of students.

  1. Providing one-to-one or group support for students with SEN.
  2. Assisting with personal care tasks such as toileting, feeding, and dressing, where required.
  3. Supporting the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  4. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and school staff to maximize student success.
  5. Monitoring, documenting, and sharing student progress with the team.

The successful candidate will have prior experience supporting children or young people with SEN and be flexible and proactive in adapting to diverse student needs.

What We're Looking For:
  • $32,000 - £45,000 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Flexible, long-term contracts or 'as and when' opportunities.

  • DBS assistance (or Update Service registration).
  • Referral Bonus - Earn up to £250 for every successful recommendation.
