Role Description: As a SEND Specialist with Aspire People, you will play a critical role in ensuring that children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities receive the support they need to thrive. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality services that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing personalized learning plans in collaboration with the SENDCo and educational psychologists.
  • Delivering training and guidance to teaching staff on effective SEND strategies.
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless support services for children with SEND.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as special education or psychology.
  • A competitive salary package, estimated at £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A long-term contract with opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • The ability to undertake a DBS check through Aspire People or be on the update service.
