Special Needs Education Support Professional

We are seeking passionate and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to support children with a range of needs, from mild to complex.
About the Role:
- Provide one-to-one or group support for students with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
- Assist with personal care tasks such as toileting, feeding, and dressing, where required, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to develop and implement effective strategies for student success.
- Monitor, document, and share student progress with the team, highlighting areas of improvement and celebration.
- Experienced Professionals: Prior experience supporting children or young people with SEN is essential.
- Flexible & Proactive: Demonstrate adaptability in response to diverse student needs.
- Qualifications: Relevant credentials like a SEND or Education degree, or NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, are desirable but not essential.
