Job Title: CRM Executive

About the Role:

We're on a mission to revolutionize customer experiences at Bodhi, and we're looking for a talented CRM Executive to join our team. As a key player in our customer experience strategy, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and fine-tuning our customer experience strategy to deliver seamless and personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft Epic Customer Experiences: Develop and execute customer-centric strategies that drive loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Design, Implement, and Fine-Tune: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our customer touchpoints are on point, and our CRM platform is optimized for customer engagement.
  • Listen to the Voice of the Customer: Analyze customer feedback and turn it into actionable strategies that elevate our customer journey.
  • Own the CRM Game: Take charge of our CRM platform, ensuring it's integrated, optimized, and turbocharged for customer engagement.
  • Create and Execute CRM Campaigns: Develop and execute CRM campaigns that are as personalized as a handwritten note and as effective as a great punchline.
  • Map the Customer Journey: Map out every twist and turn of our customer journey, identifying opportunities to surprise and delight at every stage.
  • Lead Initiatives: Lead initiatives that ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all platforms—digital and beyond.
  • Lead with Data: Turn customer insights and data into action, making data-driven decisions that enhance the customer experience.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or similar)
  • Experience: 5+ years in customer experience, CRM, or similar roles where you've driven results and made customers smile.
  • Skills: Analytical and creative thinking, excellent communication skills, customer journey mapping and process optimization expertise, and a customer-obsessed mindset.
