Job Overview

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the South East area, covering the Locking Systems industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with window and door fabricators.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field sales within the construction industry, with a proven track record of selling high-end manufactured range of multi-point locking systems for windows and doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling into and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the supply chain.
  • Managing a customer base with an estimated revenue potential of £1.5m-£2m.
  • Recruiting new commercial accounts, each contributing a minimum of £50,000 at an acceptable margin.
  • Winning specifications with architects, local authorities, M&E contractors, and main contractors.

Requirements:

  • Window and door hardware field sales experience from within the construction industry.
  • Able to hit the ground running, with a consultative approach and strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, communicative, and relationship builder with a network of contacts within composite or timber door fabrications.

What We Offer:
