Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus tips and a bonus scheme that pays out regularly. This includes overtime pay, achievable bonuses, a commitment to prioritise your work-life balance, and respect for your time off.

In addition, you'll receive Christmas Day off and optional 40 hours contract (pro-rata salary). You'll also enjoy unlimited 50% staff discount across Cosy Club and Lounge.

Job Description

As one of our Assistant General Managers, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venue. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

You'll work closely with the management team to implement new ideas and strategies, and provide feedback to improve our services. Your goal will be to create a positive and engaging environment for our customers and staff alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
