Building Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Building Maintenance Officer (Evening Shift) to join our team at Ash Hill Primary School in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school premises and grounds are clean, safe and suitable for teaching and learning.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- To provide a welcoming, safe and clean environment for users of the school buildings and grounds;
- To perform security duties as directed on school premises and site;
- To ensure the suitability and availability of school premises and grounds so that teaching and learning can be carried out in a clean, safe and suitable environment;
- To carry out basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and minor repairs.
The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including access to training and development opportunities.
