Role Description

We are seeking a Building Maintenance Officer to join our team at Buckinghamshire Council. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our school facilities, including health and safety inspections and tests, and assisting with opening and securing the school building. They will also be required to monitor and support contractors working on site, deliver urgent post as needed, and report any issues related to the quality of work to the Site Manager.
