Job Overview:

VINCI Facilities is a leading Facilities Management and Building Solutions provider, delivering cost-effective and sustainable bespoke solutions to customers in the public and private sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Engineer to join our team at RAF High Wycombe. This role will involve reporting to the Critical Operations Manager and being responsible for the PPM Maintenance and reactive delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the operational control of an allocated shift techs for the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of the site electrical/ mechanical/ building services plant & equipment and engineering services within a high security asset.
  2. Perform planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance tasks and reactive works investigations/repairs on mechanical, electrical & building services systems.
  3. Liaise / assist with other services as necessary for the efficient delivery of work activities, workmanship, and productivity to comply with the performance standards.
  4. Use provided test and monitoring equipment for the purpose of maintaining engineering system operational performance and to aid fault diagnostics and repair.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. NVQ 2/3, ONC/D or equivalent in a building services, engineering, or related discipline.
  2. Work experience in a MOD environment and compliance with Safe Systems of Work (JSP 375, Vol 3).
  3. Experience of working to Critical Engineering Risk Management protocols.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
