Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to patients with hand and wrist conditions, including assessment, treatment, and management of their caseload.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date therapy records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of hand therapy services, including the creation of treatment plans and the provision of education and training to patients and staff.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of hand therapy policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with NHS standards and guidelines.
- Registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with a strong background in hand therapy.
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of independence and self-motivation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
