Resolve Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Children's Home Manager
to lead our 5-bed residential EBD service in Dartford or Gillingham
Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team and provide a safe and supportive environment for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and National Minimum Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements.
- Collaborate with young people, families, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
- Ensure the home adheres to Health and Safety standards, creating a secure and welcoming environment for everyone.
Requirements:
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager in an EBD setting.
- A strong familiarity with the Ofsted inspection process.
