About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead our 5-bed residential EBD service in Dartford. As the Registered Childrens Home Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and National Minimum Standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Providing high-quality care focused on emotional support, safety, and development tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Leadership and inspiration of your staff team, promoting effective teamwork, professional growth, and compassionate care.
- Uphold outstanding care standards through ongoing evaluation, quality monitoring, and compliance with Ofsted requirements.
- Collaboration with young people, families, and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
- At least 1 year as a Registered Manager in an EBD setting, with a strong familiarity with the Ofsted inspection process.
- A passion for supporting young people with EBD, helping them grow and thrive in a structured environment.
