Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead restaurant and bar teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts to meet business needs
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and optimize stock
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
