Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with families, parents, carers, and children to identify and address barriers to learning and participation.
  • Provide high-quality support services and educational opportunities to empower families to access resources and services.
  • Manage attendance procedures and provide administrative support to the office team.
  • Offer a welcoming and inclusive front-of-house service to parents, carers, and visitors.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and the ability to react clearly and quickly to children's and families' needs.
  • Patient and understanding approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
