Role Overview

Centurion Group is seeking a highly skilled Subsea Technology Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical enquiries and driving sales orders through subject matter knowledge.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Manage and update technical documentation and sales literature for key technologies.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop solutions for customers and drive business growth.
  • Develop business cases for technology applications and forecast impact on profitability.
  • Work closely with workshop and operational teams to deliver required solutions.
  • Communicate with clients to interpret their requirements and prepare technical proposals and quotations.
  • Prepare commercial invoices and delivery notes for equipment and sales deliveries.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and review terms and conditions.
  • Review cost and sales performance.
  • Recommend new technology development and identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure awareness of emerging technology markets and identify business line entry points.
  • Deliver technical presentations to client base and industry forums.
  • Interact with other business lines to identify new routes to markets.
  • Represent Centurion Group at external trade shows and events.
  • Measure improvement in margins on key customers.

Desired Profile

  • HND or higher qualification in Engineering or Science.
  • Industry experience and subject matter expertise.
  • Strong technical product knowledge and understanding of geomarket activity.
  • Good knowledge of standard software packages and tools.
  • Key knowledge in subsea operations, ROV tooling, and decom packages.
