We are seeking an experienced Front of House Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs in hospitality, with a focus on front-of-house management. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £32,000 - £34,000 per annum, inclusive of location uplift.

To be considered for this role, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum 1 year's experience in hotel management, preferably with a focus on front-of-house operations;
  2. Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, such as an NVQ Level 2 or above;
  3. Able to develop and deliver training programs;
  4. Hold a full driving licence and use of own vehicle;
  5. Flexible with travel requirements.

Duties include:

  1. Delivering training programs in hospitality;
  2. Supporting and motivating learners;
  3. Maintaining accurate records of learner progress;
  4. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives;
  5. Meeting performance targets and deadlines.
