Front Office Operations Director

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel General Management Position candidate to join our team at Welcome Break. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the front office team and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
You will also be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing revenue through effective marketing and promotional activities. If you have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a hotel environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth and increase revenue through effective marketing and promotional activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- A good understanding of hotel operations and management principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly
