About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on a challenging role as a Commercial Property Guardian. As part of our security team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets within a commercial environment.

You'll work closely with our security operations centre and perform regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems and other security technologies to identify and respond to any suspicious or unauthorized activities.
  • Alarm Response: Monitor and respond to alarms, including fire, intrusion, and environmental alarms.
  • Property Patrols: Perform regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas to ensure security and detect potential vulnerabilities.
  • Access Control: Ensure that all access points, including doors and windows, are secure and in good condition.
  • Employee Engagement: Engage with employees and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Incident Response: Respond promptly to any security or safety incidents during patrols and take appropriate action.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience as a Corporate Security Guard.
  • An up-to-date Front Line door supervision and CCTV SIA License.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
