We are seeking an experienced Hotel Management Development Manager to join our team at KM Recruitment, a specialist in the Skills and Employability sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs in hospitality, with a focus on front-of-house management. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £33,000 - £35,000 per annum, inclusive of location uplift.
To be considered for this role, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel management, preferably with a focus on front-of-house operations;
- Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, such as an NVQ Level 2 or above;
- Able to develop and deliver training programs;
- Hold a full driving licence and use of own vehicle;
- Flexible with travel requirements.
Duties include:
- Developing and delivering training programs in hospitality;
- Working closely with learners to identify their strengths and weaknesses;
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to learners;
- Maintaining accurate records of learner progress;
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
