Senior Customer Service and Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Service and Facilities Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our developments, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for our owners and tenants
- Conduct regular building-related checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
- Facilitate external contractors and ensure that the Health & Safety requirements of each development are met
- Assist with the move-in process and ensure a great start for our customers
- Organize events and activities for our customers, creating a wonderful community
- Deal with any emergencies quickly and calmly
- Build lasting relationships with our homeowners and their families
- Work closely with our internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions
- Professional and highly organized approach
- Proactive attitude and ability to use initiative
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
- Experience in facilities/property, ideally with a knowledge of health & safety
