We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner: Attendance and Welfare. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting positive attitudes towards regular school attendance, delivering group work and 1:1 sessions, and supporting students in alternative provision.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to engage, motivate and inspire young people to learn
  • Compassionate and caring approach to pastoral support
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of student attendance, punctuality and behaviour data
