Join our team at Radius Connect 24, the leading provider of personal alarm care and support services, and make a difference in people's lives.

We are seeking a skilled Call Advisor to work night shifts, providing timely and professional support to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for handling incoming alarm calls and providing a range of outgoing call services to support isolated individuals in our communities.

To be successful in this role, you will have a good general level of education, including GCSEs in English and Maths, and a minimum of 6 months' experience in a front-line customer service role. You will also possess IT literacy and be able to demonstrate key competencies such as communication, problem-solving, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming alarm calls and provide timely and professional support to clients
  • Provide a range of outgoing call services to support isolated individuals in our communities
  • Work night shifts, including a shift pattern of 2 nights on, followed by 4 rest days
  • Meet the required standards of customer service and quality
