**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at KM4 Recruitment Group - Accountancy + Finance. As a key member of our accounts team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Reconcile bank accounts in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
  • Input and reconcile payables and receivables
  • Accurately process income into our accounts system
  • Support the production of monthly management accounts
  • Maintain daily cash flow reports
  • Support the Year End Audit
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and finance administration duties as requested by the Finance Manager

**Requirements**

  • At least 12 months of experience in a finance assistant or accounts assistant role
  • Experience in accurately inputting financial data
  • Experience of using Sage and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
