**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Assistant to join our team at KM4 Recruitment Group - Accountancy + Finance. As a key member of our accounts team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reconcile bank accounts in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
- Input and reconcile payables and receivables
- Accurately process income into our accounts system
- Support the production of monthly management accounts
- Maintain daily cash flow reports
- Support the Year End Audit
- Perform ad hoc reporting and finance administration duties as requested by the Finance Manager
**Requirements**
- At least 12 months of experience in a finance assistant or accounts assistant role
- Experience in accurately inputting financial data
- Experience of using Sage and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
