Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and manage the Accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial processes.
  • Financial Process Management: Oversee the management of financial processes, including reconciliation, invoicing, and expense management, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Director, Relocation Accounting and Account Managers to deliver high-quality financial services to clients.
  • Reporting: Assist in the review and delivery of monthly reporting for management and tax purposes.
  • Technology Development: Provide feedback on system enhancements and support the development of new technologies to improve financial processes.

Requirements

  • People Management Experience: Proven experience in people management, with a focus on leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Financial Operations: Strong knowledge of financial operations, including financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
