As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our hotel operates efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for supervising front desk operations, supporting team members, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- • Supervise accurate and efficient front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.• Support team members in handling guest requests and inquiries.• Ensure consistent, high levels of customer service.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in hospitality and excellent leadership skills. You must also be able to work effectively as part of a team and have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be located in Northern Ireland and will have the right to work in the UK.
