Job Title: Complaints Intake Analyst

At SRG, we are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Intake Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Complaint Intake and Processing: You will be responsible for receiving, documenting, and processing complaints from customers and distributors, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and recorded accurately.
  • Communication and Coordination: You will communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve complaints, coordinate logistics, and provide updates on the status of investigations.
  • Complaint Investigation and Resolution: You will conduct thorough investigations into complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Documentation and Reporting: You will maintain accurate and detailed records of complaints, investigations, and resolutions, and prepare reports as required.
  • Collaboration and Support: You will work closely with other departments, such as Affiliate CQA, Medical Information, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college or associate degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a Quality environment or customer service support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work independently; high-quality customer service skills; ability to express ideas clearly in written and oral communications.
