Complaints Resolution Specialist

Job Summary:
Impellam Group is seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints related to our pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and medical information, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of product-related information, including technical specifications, labeling, and packaging.
- Provide high-quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college or associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or customer service role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies related to product quality and customer complaints.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
