Job Title: Chief Contract Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Chief Contract Administrator to join our team at Galaxy Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management and a proven track record of managing subcontractors, reviewing prices, and assisting with project procurement.

The key objectives for this role include:
  • Managing subcontractors, including review and analysis of prices, placing orders, and certification of payment.
  • Attending contract meetings and reporting as required.
  • Conducting interim valuations and variations.
  • Performing pre-tender surveys.
  • Assisting with pricing tenders, subcontractors, specialists, utilities, and materials.

Pricing and Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave allowance.
