Job Title: Programme Support Administrator

Berry Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programme Support Administrator to join their team. This role will provide administrative support to programme managers, ensuring the smooth operation of housing operations within the local authority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist programme managers in coordinating tasks and projects
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication with tenants, including emails and phone calls
  • Liaise with trade persons, managers, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Allocate work to trade staff and maintain accurate records
  • Collate and manage paperwork related to inspection sheets, service reports, and training records
  • Raise purchase orders and meet strict deadlines
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems to ensure accurate information
  • Arrange meetings and appointments as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, call centre, or customer-focused environment
  • Understanding of the construction/property maintenance industry is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone manner
  • Computer literacy and ability to work under pressure
