Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Front of House team as a Hotel Room Attendant. This role offers a guaranteed number of hours each week, flexible scheduling to suit your needs, and access to a range of benefits including life insurance, free access to a doctor and legal helpline, and counselling support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms to a high standard, replenishing linen and guest supplies, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. They will also report maintenance faults and handle lost property in a professional manner.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have a strong focus on ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests by adhering to regulations and guidelines related to appliances, fixtures, and fittings. A fixed-hours contract with flexibility to suit your lifestyle is also available, along with opportunities for career progression through a training budget of up to £10,000 per year.
