Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Leisure Club Attendant to join our team at the Holiday Inn Cambridge.

As a key member of our leisure club team, you will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are clean and well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service to our members, and assisting with daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of leisure club facilities.
  • Set up and clear away equipment for fitness classes and activities.
  • Assist members with equipment usage and provide guidance on correct techniques.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to member queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Contribute to sales efforts by promoting memberships and services to prospective members.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for all members.
  • Report any equipment or facility issues to the Leisure Club Manager.
  • Participate in opening and closing procedures as required.
