Pool Safety Specialist

At Nuffield Health, we're looking for a Pool Safety Specialist to join our team at our Cambridge Fitness & Wellbeing Club. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members while using our wet facilities.
As a Pool Safety Specialist, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and be able to provide ongoing training records. You'll be a team player who is passionate about great customer care and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Help our members stay safe and healthy while using our wet facilities.
- Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment.
- Provide a warm welcome and efficient service to all members.
- Be attentive and alert at all times.
- Connect with members, helping them to feel valued and supported.
- Promote safety and respond to any incidents promptly.
