About the Role:
As a valued member of our housekeeping team at WGC Ltd., you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Room Attendant, you will be expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to a high standard
- Replenishing linens and guest supplies as required
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests
- Reporting maintenance issues and handling lost property in a professional manner
- Ensuring appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and comply with regulations
