Compensation and Employee Experience Strategist

A leading professional services firm is seeking a skilled Compensation and Employee Experience Strategist to manage their UK& EMEA populations (c700 staff). This role involves ensuring the benefits provision is fit for purpose in a hybrid working world and that they are a central component of the EVP. The ideal candidate will have analytical skills to recommend a balanced employee contribution approach.
Responsibilities- Analyse cost sharing across EMEA countries and propose a fair employee contribution model.
- Benchmark benefit offerings against talent challenges in select markets.
- Select, manage and review EMEA broker relationships, evaluating fees against support breadth.
- Liaise with providers, agree SLAs and maintain sound partnerships with local brokers/providers to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- In partnership with designated brokers maintain a thorough knowledge of local benefit regulations and compliance requirements.
- Provide thought leadership on benefit trends and market positioning, serving as the SME on benefits quality and value.
- A proven track record of supporting a population across EMEA.
- Natural flair and love of benefits.
- Pride in providing a pro-active service and forging strong relationships and alliances with vendors.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000 per annum, plus an end-of-year bonus. The business offers a 40%/60% home/office weekly split, reflecting their commitment to hybrid working. The office is located in modern premises with agile working facilities and the latest technology designed in.
